Fulmer Helmets Internet Sales Policy

Here at the Arthur Fulmer Company, we are proud to say that we’ve been in the helmet business for forty years. Through the years, we’ve always understood that fit is paramount to safety. It is for this reason that our helmets are not sold through mail order or online. Protecting riders is our business; therefore we protect them from the possibility of buying an ill-fitting helmet by sending them to our authorized dealer storefronts to try on helmets for proper fit.

Please be advised that the Arthur Fulmer Company does not permit the sale of Fulmer brand helmets by anyone, anywhere online. We do not sell these helmets on our own website, nor via our authorized dealers individual sites, nor via Ebay, Craig’s List or any other similar such forum. Additionally, postal mail order sales are also prohibited.

Upon request, Fulmer may allow the use of their logo on authorized dealer websites and links to www.fulmerhelmets.com with the condition that the Fulmer page opens in a new window, and is not embedded into other’s web pages. Use of photography or any kind of images of the Fulmer product line is strictly prohibited. Verbiage on websites soliciting or suggestive of phone-in ordering is also prohibited.
